"After 1 month of use, I've found the experience very good. I have moderate apnea. I found the CPAP machine too much to tolerate, so after 5 months of persisting I was ready to try something else. The Bongos. The bongo device stopped my snoring and I don't wake up suddenly during the night anymore. So far, so good. So easy to use, and very comfortable. You can sleep in any position you like without interference. It took me only about a week to get used to the breathing regulation. A much cheaper option than a CPAP machine, and so much more comfortable. No mask, hose or machine. Easy and quick to wash daily. Based on my 1 month experience, I would recommend giving Bongo a try if you suffer from moderate sleep apnea. My wife would agree too!"
Expensive Way to Deoxygenate Your Brain
"Even though its a rip off, I wouldnt mind if it was effective. The concept seems like something that makes sense and gets you off cpap which sucks people in. I came to the realisation that, this thing is so bulky and takes up way too much volume where oxygen should be coming in. Like the opposite of nasal expansion. I used it with mouth tape quite a bit in the last 12 months and think all that did was suffocate me. The pressure that it generates is questionable, like how effective is that little pressure at stenting open the pharyngeal airway where most people have collapse? Id say inneffective. Atleast with nasal strips volume isnt compromised. And with a chinstrap instead of mouth tape, your body can switch to mouth breathing if it desperately needs it due to not having enough oxygen through the nose. I regret using this thing and would advise others not to."

Good little device
"My husband uses this device and it works great. It only took him a few minutes to fall asleep with it the first night. You need to relax. It holds back a little air on exhale to inflate the airway but it’s light years more comfortable than a cpap. I’m stuck on cpap because I’ve been on it so long. Resmed is the best machine."
Overpriced and underperforming
"Dreadful product. It never fitted snugly and kept falling out when I exhaled through my nose. Very overpriced. Must have cost a few cents to produce but somehow the selling price was $279. I brought it back within 30 days and got a refund."
