Shop EPAP Therapy

EPAP therapy can be used as an alternative treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

Unlike CPAP therapy, nasal EPAP (Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure) therapy works by creating pressure only during expiration.

It uses MicroValve technology attached externally to the nostril to act as a one way resistor and the increased resistance at the critical end of expiration helps keep the airways open for the following inspiration.
