"Great quiet little compact machine. Once you get the right humidity right you start to feel the benefits. The service at Res med is outstanding the staff are great. They go through instructions about the machine and changing masks until you land on the right mask for you is no trouble to them. l would recommend res med to anybody diagnosed with sleep apnoea. Faulty Machine
"It's a good machine eccept that its quickly develepd a fault. it now seems unable to register sleep time. for instance I sleeped 8. 5 hours last light but the machine said I sleeped for 5 minuits with 12 avents per hour within that time. I don't think that's mathamaticly possible. anyway I'll be returning the machine first thing Monday for repairs on a machine that's 3 weeks old."

Decent therapy, it setup was difficult for both me and the ResMed technician
"I have just upgraded from the Airsense 10 to the Airsense 11. The new machine is smaller and quieter and gives decent therapy. The touch screen is an improvement, however it has a lot of lag when dragging your finger across the touch screen. i had a lot of trouble updating my machine on the App on setup. I had to return to ResMed and get my old machine manually disconnected from the ResMed database. Even the ResMed technician couldn’t do it and it required Tech Team remote support. Very pleased with the ResMed team that helped me resolve the software bug. They confirmed it wasn’t user error. I have spoken to 2 other friends and they both had difficulty setting up their machines"
