"Hi I just ordered a new frame just delivered on 31/03/26 and now the part of the frame that connects to the nasal piece has come loose and I can’t attach the nasal piece so now I can’t sleep with my mask. Can someone please get in touch with me to see if a replacement can be sent out? Ph 0210724816 or alaqaranivalu@gmail.com I can’t sleep properly without the mask. thanks"

"I ordered the large size as a replacement because there was no medium size on your order form. I now find this is too big and is loose resulting in leakage. As I've used the mask it would not be returnable? Any solutions? Thanks Allan"

"The nasal pillow is superior to wearing a mask, but the cost is prohibitive. Is there any funding available to help with affordability. For those people who can't cope with the mask or the idea of a mask - here s your answer."
