"Did'nt fit my existing system"
The cushion itself is fine, but the design of the connection has changed and is not compatible with my original mask fitting. I've had to glue the cushion component to the mask fitting to enable the cushion to stay connected to the mask fitting.
"The review being the case, when I need to replace the cushion again, this will mean in essence I will need to purchase a whole new mask which clearly I'm not happy about. Obviously the cushion was redesigned without reference to the original mask design! Frankly, I believe I should be provided with a complete new set!?"
