"Having used S9 for over a decade it stopped working when the power unit malfunctioned. Since replacement parts weren't available I had no choice but to upgrade to AirSense 11 autoset. This is an amazing machine with many added features, is quieter and has remote monitoring feature. The service and sales support at the Mitcham branch was excellent. No regrets. . . ."
Good local staff - some product shortcomings
"Apart from a large hole in the hose 3 days after purchase, and the converter (12V) cable not working in our motorhome, and not being able to speak to the place of purchase (calls go to a call centre, then transferred, then maybe answered before having to leave a message, I’m satisfied! The hose and converter cable were replaced promptly and I received good support from the staff at the Brighton SA store. The machine is now working well."
Healthy issues since using
"Keep getting dry throats even after playing with temp and humidity and have had 2 inner ear infections behond ear drum since using the machine doctor beleive from moisture going up nose into ear so a machine that's meant to help with sleep apnea also causes different issues with infections, constant drooling, sore jaw bones, and dry tongue and throat."

"I cannot be more happy with my new machine. It is so quiet and the staff at Resmed Brighton SA have been so good. Regular phone calls checking in has been fabulous. It is surprising how far technology has come in the last few years since trialling in 2023. It is brilliant!!"

"Loving this machine. The only problem is how the heating tube is attached to the 11. This is a step backwards and is the same as the Resmed 9. This led to breakages in the heating tube where it joined to the machine. The 10 has a movable joint so the tube always lies at 90 degrees to the machine which was a brilliant innovation. Hope this is remedied in future models"

"Machine os so so quiet compared to my old f&p icon. Love the associated app so i can see exactly how my sleep was. Resmed were so great about price matching and also threw in a couple of spare filters and cleaning products. If you are after a new cpap maxhine you cannot go past this beauty its fantastic"

"I think it is great, compared to the A10, but there is one think that could improve it, that is the have an elbow out of the A11 to the air hose, as mine is now got a bet of a crimp on it."

"I have had my ResMed AirSence for 3 weeks and it has worked quietly and efficiently. Sometimes I have to check that it is working as it is so quiet. It is very comfortable with the N20 mask. The hoses attached are very easy to manoeuvre and don't interfere with my sleep. Overall I have had a very positive experience with this CPAP Machine."

"It takes a little getting used to, but once the right face cushion is chosen, and mask style, and the right strap tension (not too loose or tight) it's really good. The above the head mask is great for a tummy side and back sleeper and the hose does not get in the way. Super quiet, comfy, and works. I am very happy with machine."
