Design fault
"I have been using this mask for about 10 months now and recently had to buy a new one after one of the plastic clips broke. To buy the the new head straps $170 plus, this was all I needed as the face mask was okay. Until I noticed the filter was in need of replacing as well. But to do this I had to purchase a complete set up at around $240 as the filters are not sold separately- unlike their other models. This seems completely wrong and ridiculous after learning this filter needs replacing every 6 to 9 months. That's $500 a year which for a retired person is crazy. The mask itself is very comfortable and the best one of the several different styles I tried."
Not disappointed
"Leaks a little more than the standard F30 but so much easier to wear and sleep with. The fabric lining stuff is 100% worth it. The impulse to just pull the mask off is gone."
Unhappy with ability to adjust air pressure
"I bought the F30i to use with my air mini whilst on holiday. Unfortunately it has not performed as expected. Luckily I bought my full face nask and tubing with me so have been able to use them. I will seek help when I return home !"
tried std frame with medium
"tried std frame with medium cushion but it was too small. But Resmed did not have one with Large size. It was very comfortable but hard to clean. Also vent is sealed unit and I could not buy the vent itself in Australia so have to replace whole cushion because of the vent. . . a lot more often. . . overall, it is good mask but very expensive to maintain as you need to replace the cushion and vent a lot more often compared to F40. so i won't buy it unless price become more competitive and more replaceable components are available in Aus. such as vent."

It works well but a couple of issues let it down.
"I have had a lot of trouble trying to use nasal masks but the F30i comfort is the first full face that has worked properly. Unfortunately my skin reacts with the "comfort" material. Recently I discovered that the filter inside the disk at the front of the mask has signs of mold or dirt in it. The filters aren't changeable and I can't buy a new one without buying an entire mask for around $80. Can't recommend buying one for that reason."
works, but has significant quality issue
"The product works well enough; however the capped front valve has broken on both of the masks sets I owned in the last week. Both times from simply removing the mask. These cost a lot of money, and I had hoped they would have lasted longer. Also, what are the black dots on the filter?"
Terrible design
"It's a terrible mask. A very expensive waste of money. It doesn't seal properly, especially around the nose, even when strapped tight. Kept leaking and kept waking me up. Especially stay away if you're a side sleeper. I'm sticking to airtouch f20 for now."
