"I bought a similar one last month for my YK home. Was straight forward and no setting up issue with pressure set at 4. 0 and suto switch off. This one I got for sydney here have issue with the pressure and have to reset n the water container seems loose n leakage occur . Pls advise is it defective as compared to the same one sent to uk is a bliss with no issue all set up ready to use"

"Ive been using Resmed for many years now but purchasing the new model that has come out recently is the best thing that has come out it is so quite that sometimes i cant even here at all so easy to use and the staff who showed it to me were so helpful as well, i purchased my machine at Mermaid Waters. 5 stars out of 5."
I’m not convinced
"This version has its advantages over the previous model. However, the cracking and popping due to water/moisture up in the tube is frustrating. I didn’t have this issue with the previous model. It’s extremely frustrating during the middle of the night having to get up and try to remove the water /moisture build up in the tube. It’s taken almost 3months to try and find a set up that’s comfortable and doesn’t induce the crackling/popping sound."

"This an update for me. It is great. The few things that I miss are-: The tube attached to back of machine, doesn’t rotate like the old model. The carry bag is not great, the old bag the compartments could velcrose separately where the new bag there is only one Velcrose attachment , which means it is hard to close bag with everything popping out. The sale staff at Mermaid Beach Queensland are amazing."

"Its ok, not recognizing my pillow mask so it does not auto start, the gentlemen at the Mermaid Store, Apostolos, is just fantastic. He is investigating the issue, Not entirely happy with machine yet."

"Having used S9 for over a decade it stopped working when the power unit malfunctioned. Since replacement parts weren't available I had no choice but to upgrade to AirSense 11 autoset. This is an amazing machine with many added features, is quieter and has remote monitoring feature. The service and sales support at the Mitcham branch was excellent. No regrets. . . ."

"Very happy with my new machine. I had been using and Airsense 10 auto for about 4 years which still worked well - or so I thought! This new Airsense 11 auto is so much better, maybe my old one was just nearing its useby but I’m loving my new machine."
