"When I wear it it feels like I can't get enough fresh air, making it hard for me to relax enough to sleep. The few times I have managed to sleep with it on I woke up with it bunched around my forehead. I feel like there wasn't enough instruction about how to fit it and use it. So far there have been no benefits to owning it."
