"Compared to my F30i full face mask cushion which was really torturing when wearing it plus virtually impossible to stop air leaking ,this new is so much better. Much more comfortable and contours to my face proving a better seal thus not needing me to tighten the mask to the point of pain at the back of my neck. Never had a good nights sleep over the last 2 years with the old mask. My sleep has now improved. I hav a non magnetic frame and would hope that a similar non magnetic touch frame will be available in the not too distant future."

"Absolutely love it when I got home I did find out it was $20. 00 cheaper at a competitor store 5 minutes down the road, as a pensioner I do have to watch the pennies"

"Somewhat disappointed initially. Got high event reading due to mask not fitting correctly. Retailer gave advice on this and readings are better but not as good as my previous Philips mask. Magnetic clips and velcro straps seem inferior to the Phillips equivalent."

This mask was a replacement for my previous purchase. The product gave me calluses on my cheeks so it was exchanged for this mask which leaked air up my face all night. My stats went up to between 4-6. I asked for a mask that was suitable for me but was refused an exchange or refund. I had to purchase another mask and you kept my money. I’m extremely disappointed in your company stealing my money. If a product is not suitable for the reasons it was sold. Under the ACCC guidelines I’m entitled to a refund for the item that didn’t do the job it was sold to me for. Please refund my money, surely you run a better business than this. Y
